Yes. 50% to start, 50% on launch is standard. For larger custom builds we can split into 3 milestones. Just ask.

We can host or work with WordPress sites you bring with you, but most of our recent custom builds are hand-coded HTML/CSS — dramatically faster, no plugin updates, and no WordPress security vulnerabilities to worry about. We'll recommend whichever fits your needs.
